Have you tried Vibing yet? You should

I fell in love with vibration plate workouts from the very first time I tried them at our local gym. In a 10-minute workout, consisting of me standing on the plates with my legs slightly bent, my feet came back to life, my ankle swelling came down and my whole body felt energized. With continued use, my mind is now sharper, my body more flexible and strong  (no more night time leg cramps), and my balance - wow! Once again, I can put on pants while perfectly balancing on one leg at a time. No more leaning against a wall.

We sit far too much!

You may walk a mile or two, or do yoga and golf almost every day, like I do, but outside of those few hours, we sit too much, at home and in our cars - don't we? Getting the blood flowing throughout the whole body, oxygenating the red blood cells and flushing the lymph a few minutes a day can increase your vitality and health.

"I have more zip in my do-dah"

After illness and hospitalization, a client had edema so severely, that she was told to wear not just knee length compression socks, but full leg compression socks. After her very first 10-minute session, she said, "Oh, my gosh, I'm a little dizzy but love that my legs are aware that something is moving."

Depression gone, more energy and glow

My 88-year old client had been feeling depressed for many months and her ankles were swollen. I suggested that she work up to a sitting, 10-minute daily vibration session, and told her to call me in a month. One month later, she glowed with renewed life-force energy. She said, "I couldn't wait for the month to be up so I could tell you my results. I have more energy and I spend more time outside. My feet feel better and my depression is lifted." Her next task is to stand up on the vibration plate while holding onto a chair. I'll get another report in a few weeks.

Where and what to purchase

Depending on your goals and your budget, you can spend anywhere from $99-$7000, or more.

There is a wide selection of vibration plates on amazon, starting at $100. Here is a link to the one that my clients use. This is appropriate for sedentary people needing to improve circulation and balance.

I own a Hypervibe G10, that I bought on sale for about $1100. This is a serious device, able to challenge your muscles and give an intense workout. I even break a sweat. Hypervibe has preprogrammed workouts using a phone app, for bones, lymph, balance, strength, performance, recovery, and stress relief. My husband and I are very active but we still use it at least once a day.

Wrapping Up

If you're looking to elevate your fitness and overall health, adding vibing is worth consideration. When you do, I'd love to hear of your experience.

Here's to a vibing and vibrant life,
